We aim to provide reliable and professional driving tuition while respecting both the instructor’s and pupil’s time. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
Lesson Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a driving lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.
Missed Lessons
If a pupil does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the full lesson fee will apply.
Instructor Cancellations
If your instructor needs to cancel a lesson due to illness, vehicle issues, or unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be rearranged at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost.
Late Arrivals
If a pupil arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the agreed time to avoid affecting other scheduled pupils. If the instructor is delayed, extra time will be added where possible or suitable arrangements will be made.
Driving Tests
Driving test appointments using the instructor’s vehicle require sufficient notice if cancelled or changed.
If a driving test is cancelled at short notice by the pupil, charges may still apply for the reserved lesson and test time.
Refunds
Block bookings and prepaid lessons are non-refundable once commenced. Any refund requests for unused lessons are at the discretion of K2 Drive.

Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data provided by the pupil will be stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR. This data will be used solely for the administration of driving lessons and test bookings.
The instructor may use a dashcam for insurance and safety purposes. Recorded footage is handled in accordance with the school’s privacy policy and is typically deleted unless required for evidence following an incident.
